I have used this product with satisfaction. To take off the diaper, you cant just put on another bottom, you have to click remove on the diaper. To get it to show up, you have to remove any other bottoms or nudes. My only complaint is that it doesnt work together with tall avatars, but that is easily enough remedied by the use of a scaler.
