The new version of IMVU poses several problems with this Rooms (And others rooms and products), it is recommended to use the older version until the bugs are fixed by the Staff of IMVU.
For desactivate the new UI, in the menu of your Messenger IMVU : Settings... unselected Use New UI.
And restart your IMVU.
If persisting bugs, use Menu Help of your IMVU Messenger and Tools... Clear your IMVU cache.
And restart.
Waiting the full loading and you can use the triggers r1 to sn17 and bg01 to bg17.
