Actually, no, they wouldn't. I made them stationary for a reason. These wings are symbolic to me. They are more like a headdress than weird flapping wings. What purpose would it be for them to flap? They couldn't make you fly. In my comic, these wings do not move. That would be stupid. It says on the product page that they don't move. Next time read the damn description.
