I love this Ballroom! It has the best layout of any I've seen and so much potential. I've furnished it in Art Deco and Victorian and used the upper level as a dining area. It will be a great place to have Wedding Receptions too. I have a cigar smoking area for the men, a bar area and two reception areas. I didn't like the wooden floor so I covered it in marble and put stage curtains across the back and made it into an orchestra area, conductor and all. There is sooo much room! I was also pleasantly surprised to find beautiful artwork and stained glass windows along both sides which would have cost me so much more than I spent for the ballroom itself. I think you'd sell a lot more of these at this price if you had the option to try it. I bought a few other ballrooms that I couldn't try either and they were very disappointing. Thank you for such a wonderful room!! Keep up the good work!
