bought to add to a room and iit won't ad as a basement it loaded like 20 times and froze my screen for 10 min,, idk wht is issue but will not add on to any rooms I have and should remove it from shop n would like my 2,338 credits back.. because I can not use this product it is useless to me.. thanks
