disappointed beyond belief in this item, way too much for what it is, I know your items and I know you do fabulous work, but there really wasnt any thought put in this room at all I have a lot of these bottles and this is my worst one yet so sorry I wasted my credits on this, only item of yours I am not happy with! all I can say is wow were you in that much of a hurry? I know refunds arent given but I really wish I could give this back to you
