Perhaps, I should apologize, sailing on the boat was wonderful, the ride in the car was fantastic however when I got to the house I learned that I could not enter the 2nd level without going outside and then back inside. So in essence this sucks. This is such a beautiful house but to not make it functional even if it increased the price of it is disappointing. I'm sorry but I can't rate this villa very well at all. It Sucks.
