The issue you are addressing is something that is super common with imvu, where things disappear from lights, furniture etc. Creators have no power whether or not that happens(sometimes we can fix it if blending is turned on, in this case it was not). It is how imvu works and is an engine issue. Hopefully that clears up why something like that can happen. You will probably never see this reply but for future reviewers with the same problem with any product, please go to ask the Creator first before leaving bad reviews.Thanks.
