Seems nice on first view BUT BAD LOOKING BLACK texture BUGS around & behind the house, even at the waterfall is a large black triangel covering the water from the site. The grey coloring of the waterfall dont match the fair blue water in the pool where it float in AT ALL. The house is difficult to furniture cause its just one very long room. The waterfront is not a bit uneven, circled too perfect and looks unnatural. Area size is small and it looks small, that clearly shows up at the watersites horizont, CAN NOT add swim nodes or boats on the water, only UNDER its surface, haha, at last you could dive though. It's sad cause else it got nice texturings at the house self (stones, wood) and the hut near by, well made trees and very nice soft dwelled hills. The view from out the windows onto the terasse, or from the terasse outside to the house is the best. I wont buy again even for less credits and i hope one day u fix that black pice at the waterfall and around the house. Was meant as shadow perhaps but ... its not!
