I don't know what product YOU all received, with your rave reviews, but I think this bat blows! It is NEVER in my hands, neither in my default nor my smaller hands. It just floats NEAR my hands, whether when triggered or just standing in default. ALSO... when I put the bat on, it makes my baseball cap disappear. Plus, most of the triggers don't even work. Beyond LAME!!!
